Dyson DC04 ---> *needs repair*

It feels like the power lead has worked its way loose from the appliance (probably been stood on one too may times).

If it's not possible to screw/solder this back into place, then my guess is that a new power lead should do the trick.

Unfortunately, my maintenance skills extend no further than changing the fuse and emptying the dust chamber, so I've bought a Vax instead.

This vacuum cleaner is ideal for someone who knows how to put things back together and has really dusty carpets or perhaps offspring with really dusty carpets.

Also a lovely gift for collectors of housekeeping ephemera.
