Samsung flatscreen monitor (colour)

The on/off switch can be erratic since the button fell off, but it’s no bother to cut the power at the mains. Happy to supply power/VGA connection cables, but they have been gnawed slightly by my mum’s cat. It’s what he does.

Mousemat with picture of truck

Do you use mousemats? Do you love really big trucks? Then you’ll love this! This mousemat was produced as promotional material for Terex Trucks. The picture is of a really big truck creating major spray as it ploughs, fully laden with rocks and stones, through a really big muddy puddle. The driver is wearing a hi-vis vest. The photography is great, but I only use mousemats with built-in wrist support on account of my tendency to get RSI.

Used once.

Chambers 20th Century Dictionary

Published c. 1983, this dictionary contains a rare bindery error: pp. 885-948 are included TWICE; pp. 757-884 are ABSENT.

Does not contain words such as selfie, vape, LOL, unfriend or glasnost. Does contain petrodollar, slumpflation, swingometer and wetlook, although these are in a separate supplemental section at the end (pp. 1647-1652).

Phillips EasyCare 3232 iron

It's all limescaled up so you can't currently get any steam out of it, but it still gets hot enough to make things less crumpled, which is the whole point of irons, right?

Presumably useful only if you develop your own photographs, probably using vintage equipment, or you collect old lightbulbs.
